Order & Delivery

Yes we are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Currently we have Pay Pal meaning that you can pay safely with most cards. 

Unfortunately we cant accept American Express.

We provide delivery of our flower during our trading hours 8am-7pm Monday to Saturday, and 9am-5pm Sunday. 

Given that you indicate what time you would like the flowers to be delivered, we are able to do so accordingly. 

If you wish to cancel or change an order, and as long as the order hasn't already been delivered, please contact us immediately so we can adjust the order to your preferences. As long as we have received the changes within a reasonable time frame time, we are able to do so.

If you have not received an order confirmation once you have place your order please give us a call on (03) 9434 1715.

Due to the nature of the product, we are able to offer a refund if you are not satisfied with the product. In this case we will kindly ask for the flowers to be returned to us for inspection.

In the case of unwanted gifts, such as teddy bears and candles,  we are able to provide a refund, if the product is in its original condition, alongside with its original packaging. 

We only ship to Australia.
There is no minimum amount you are required to order.
